If elected, I agree to abide by the BTC by-laws, House Rules, and Tennis Rules now in effect, or which may be hereafter adopted, and agree to pay my account in full each month, and to inform BTC in writing of any changes in address. If my account is not paid as agreed, and my account is placed in the hands of a collector or an attorney for collection, I promise to pay, in addition to the amount due, interest thereon at the rate of 1% per month, and all costs of collection, including attorney's fees.
