BTC Court Usage Rules

These public notes summarize the June 13, 2007 court usage rules. The Board may change court usage rules at its discretion.

Member Reservations

• Members may reserve up to 1 1/2 hours of court time.
• Reserved times may be made up to 7 days in advance.
• A reservation may be forfeited if the member is not present within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, except for unforeseen delays.
• Members may not reserve more than 1 1/2 hours of consecutive court time.
• Courts may not be reserved for individual practice, including backboard, ball machine, or serves.

Guests

• Members are responsible for signing in guest players before play.
• Guest fees are charged to the sponsoring member's account.
• Guest policies are subject to change at the discretion of the Board.

League Teams

• Members may request Board approval to organize and captain league club teams.
• Requests should be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the team league application.
• Team captains must be club members and are responsible for team compliance, guest registration, parking, and premises decorum.
